Quattrociocchi Superbo Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva BIO

Quattrociocchi is known for Italian olive oil, and Superbo BIO is one of the producer’s signature oils. In the rolling hills of Alatri, Lazio, this organic extra-virgin olive oil is made from hand-selected olives. The Quattrociocchi family has processed its own fruit in its own mill for generations, using controlled organic cultivation. The source records acidity below 0.2% and a high polyphenol content. The oil is intense green-gold in colour, with notes of artichoke, green tomato and almond skin, characteristic of Moraiolo olives. Its flavour is layered, with pleasant bitterness, spicy freshness and a persistent finish.
