Leonardi Alba Rosa is a recent addition from Acetaia Leonardi: a refined rosé balsamic condiment made from grape must and wine vinegar. It is mild, fruity and complex on the palate, with a broad range of uses. Like Oro Nobile, this speciality from Modena has the characteristically mild, soft style of Acetaia Leonardi's vinegars. Its attractive rosé colour comes from the Lambrusco component in the grape must; this classic Modena grape variety is well suited to balsamic production. Alba Rosa is hand-packed and sealed with the familiar Leonardi logo and wax. A mild, fruity rosé balsamic condiment from a traditional acetaia, for many uses in the kitchen.
